Google Cloud and NoviqTech. What it means for us.

On Wednesday, we announced the major milestone of becoming recognised by Google Cloud as a member of the Google Cloud Ready — Sustainability Initiative. This makes NoviqTech one of 34 companies from across the globe who are members of this initiative along with partners such as Deloitte, Airbus, and C3 AI.

NoviqTech has achieved a significant milestone by becoming a member of the GCP Cloud Ready — Sustainability initiative. This membership is a testament to Google’s confidence in NoviqTech’s technology and future plans, which were thoroughly evaluated as part of the due diligence process. As NoviqTech prepares to launch its Carbon Central platform to the public in Q1 2024, this membership serves as a major accomplishment and a positive sign for the company’s future prospects.

Benefits for NoviqTech

NoviqTech’s membership unlocks a wide range of benefits, including active promotion of Carbon Central by GCP through its global network of over 3,500 business development executives. Customers who come to GCP looking for a solution to monitor and report on their carbon emissions or to guarantee the origin of their green fuels and resources will now be directed to Carbon Central.

Work Underway

We’ve hit the ground running with the partnership — following on from COP28 in December, Google Cloud and NoviqTech are already jointly engaging a number of national governments with the strategic goal of deploying carbon reduction projects at a national scale. Should they proceed, these projects will be transformational for their communities and will not only add trust and transparency into the carbon markets, but will help deliver real value back to the communities in which the projects operate.

Our Previous Relationship

In 2019, the original TYMLEZ Blockchain Solution Platform (TBSP) was listed on Google Cloud Marketplace as a platform on which customers could develop their own blockchain based applications. While the marketplace listing was an achievement for the company, our new partnership is a significant advancement beyond this milestone wherein we will be working directly with Google Cloud in onboarding new projects from across the globe onto Carbon Central as partners, rather than TYMLEZ acting as a lone vendor on the GCP marketplace.
